When I subscribe to Weeblyn, does it work with a subnet address such as mydomain.weebly.com?
No. Weebly works directly with the domain that you register with your own Webhost, eg mycompany.com
Do you provide a support service for Weebly?
No. Our support team only covers technical problems that may arise. We do not offer free support for making websites. Our partner OkapIT offers paid support for the implementation of the Weebly pages.
If I start with the free version of Weebly, can I upgrade to a later version?
Yes you can. Weebly is easily upgradeable to a larger version directly in our Service Manager
I already have a website on Weebly, Can I transfer it to you?
Pages cannot be moved, but you must rebuild the pages using our system.
I have a domain name registered with Weebly, Can I transfer it to you?
You can not. You will then need to register a new domain name.
