We have enabled our systems to use Two-Factor Authentication.
In Service Management, authentication is enabled by logging in to the service and then selecting "Security Settings" under the "Hello, First Name" menu in the menu.
In the cPanel dashboard, you can connect to the service by selecting "Security" from the "Two-Factor Authentication" tab.
When the system is activated, the site also asks the user for a time-varying automatic code in addition to the user name and password. A smart phone can be used to create the code. If you don't have the software you need on your phone, we recommend Google Authenticator, which is available at least for iOS and Android phones. You can find Windows for example. Microsoft Authenticator.
